FAQ
Who can I bring?
Friends, family, and pets can join in on all packages to take photos with the primary client but the number of images per package will remain the same.
When should I schedule my shoot?
The best time to take photos is during golden hour—shortly after sunrise or just before sunset—when the natural light is soft, warm, and flattering. These times of day create the most visually stunning results. Let the photographer know your availability, and we can help you choose the ideal time based on lighting and location.
Where can I take photos?
Popular shoot locations for UC San Diego students include Scripps Pier, Gliderport, Geisel Library, Sun God Lawn, and the Salk Institute. You're welcome to choose from these or suggest a different location if you have one in mind.
What props should I bring?
At minimum, please bring an ironed graduation stole. Feel free to bring your cap and gown, champagne or apple cider, paper confetti (please no plastic), and anything else that is special to you.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses are included in the package pricing for UC San Diego and Scripps campus. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of these areas.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Photo turnover is generally 2-3 weeks. You will receive your photos through a digital gallery.
